Berry Smoothie


1 Cup Strawberry, blueberry & Raspberry
150ml low fat ice cream/ frozen yogurt
1 Banana
1 Cup Ice


Add all ingredients into the blender.
Pulse it at first to break the ice.
Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
