Coconut Smoothie


1 Tin coconut milk 
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup ice


Add all ingredients into the blender.
Pulse it at first to break the ice.
Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.

Sesame oil is a source of vitaminE wich is an anti-oxidant and has been correlated with lowering cholesterol levels. Flax seed is a great source of fibre and Omega 3 fatty acids.
