Crispy Greens and Fried Haloumi


50g sugar snaps, julienned
50g broccoli, broken into pieces
50g spring onions, julienned
50g  peas
1 green pepper, julienned
250g haloumi, cut into 1cm by 5cm strips
½ cup cashew nuts
4 tbsp olive oil
Sweet Indonesian soy sauce 


Drain the haloumi, pat dry on kitchen towel and coat with sesame seeds.
Heat the oil in the wok on medium and fry the haloumi on both sides until golden brown
Place on kitchen towel. Turn the heat to maximum and fry all remaining ingredients for 2 minutes.
Place the veggies in a serving dish, arrange the cheese on top and serve with fresh limes.

To replace the sweet Indonesian soy sauce, mix 2 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
