Marinated Chicken Livers

Ingredients

250g chicken livers
1 medium red onion, quartered
1 large green pepper, cut into chunks
2 medium tomatoes, quartered
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Heat the frying pan to medium. Place the marinated mixture of vegetables and liver in the pan.
Grill for 6-9 minutes until cooked.
Serve with fresh bread and butter.

Tip
Cut the vegetables and liver into equal size pieces to ensure even cooking.
