Morning Startup Smoothie

A fruity smoothie that would be excellent at breakfast for a quick pick-me-up. Its all fruit too, with no milk or yogurt to dilute the flavours. Add a bit of ice if you need to thicken it up.


2 bananas
1 cup sliced peaches, drained
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup strawberries


Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
