Sparkling Fruit Cocktail

Did you think that all smoothies had to be thick and creamy? A sparkling smoothie is more refreshing during the hot days of summer. The pineapple will keep it thick, but you can add ice if you need to.


1 cup orange sherbet
1 cup strawberries
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1 1/2 cups sparkling water


Combine sherbet and fruit in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Stir in sparkling water until thoroughly mixed.
