Spiced Mango Lassi


1 Large Mango, peeled & Chopped
1 Cup Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1 Tbsp Honey
¼ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom
½ Tsp vanilla Extract
1 Cup Ice


Add all ingredients into the blender.
Pulse it at first to break the ice.
Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
