Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Strawberry, blueberry & Raspberry
  • 150ml low fat ice cream/ frozen yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender.
  2. Pulse it at first to break the ice.
  3. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Tip: Strawberry - high in vitamin C and antioxidants Blueberry - high level of antioxidants and may be considered most nutritional berry Raspberry - sweet taste along with vitamin C, vitamin E, and a good weight loss supplement Banana-high in dietry fibre
