Ingredients and Method

1 large ripe avocado pear

1 ripe plum tomato

1 fresh or tinned jalapeno pepper

1 T lemon juice

1 T chopped fresh coriander

5ml Tabasco sauce

Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method

Cut the avocado pear in half, remove the pip and peel.

Finely chop the tomato.

Core, seed and finely chop the jalapeno pepper.

In a large bowl, using a potato masher or fork, mash the avocado pear with the lemon juice until it is fairly smooth.

Stir in the chopped tomato and jalapeno pepper, coriander and Tabasco sauce.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Transfer the guacamole in a small bowl and serve with Salticrax.
